The story
Scale Studios is run by co-founders Chloe Connor and Michelle Humphreys, based in Surrey. Chloe built the studio’s AI-powered delivery engine and runs content, delivery and quality. Michelle leads strategy and client relationships. Her recent work includes taking a $100m software company’s services margin from 21% to 30%.
